You want to feel like yourself again.
You don’t know how or when it happened but it feels like you’ve lost yourself. What used to make you happy doesn't anymore, you wake up every day with a tightness in your chest & you feel disconnected from the people in your life.
Maybe every interaction is bringing on your anxiety lately? Or your friends/family haven’t been as present as you’d like them to be? Maybe your mood is starting to impact your focus on school/work? You’re exhausted and just want to feel like “you” again. I hear you and I’d love to help.
What’s it like to work with me?
My approach to therapy is flexible and holistic, which means I’ll always tailor our sessions to what works best for you. I use a mix of techniques to help you reconnect with your body, mind, and emotions, so you can dig deeper, work through what’s holding you back, and grow into your most authentic self.
Our sessions will always be at your pace, while gently challenging you of course! This is your space, and you’re the expert of your own experiences. If you want to work through something heavy, I’m here for it! If not, that’s okay too, we can keep things lighter. I’m here to support you every step of the way.
I also love working with Millennials and Gen Z because I find our generations truly value personal growth and aren’t afraid to try new, innovative (always evidence-based though!) approaches. That’s where my work with somatic and energy psychology modalities comes in. I believe in the power of the mind-body connection and nervous system regulation to help you find your peace, feel in control again, and reach your life goals.
I get that asking for help can be hard.
I became a social worker and therapist because I wanted to support people in creating real, meaningful change in their lives. Everyone faces their own unique challenges, and it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or stuck. But here’s the thing—you’re not broken. You’re human, and you’re capable of incredible transformation.
As a Millennial myself, I know just how messy and complicated life can feel. Dating and relationships? More confusing than ever. Mental health challenges? On the rise thanks to stressors like technology, social media, economic struggles, and the pressures of school or work. It’s a lot. Trust me, I get it—and I’m here to help.
I truly believe we are all capable of healing—our minds, bodies, and relationships. Sometimes we just need that extra support to help us get there.
A little more personal.
In my spare time, I love going for walks and taking my pupper, Bella to the dog park (see photo of us below!). I’m passionate about attending yoga classes each week. I believe it's important to be in community with others while incorporating that mind-body connection through a variety of joyful and difficult movements. I love a good challenge!
I enjoy time to myself by listening to music and journaling. That “me time” is so important. I enjoy spending time with loved ones, especially when it involves one of my favourite activities, which is trying out a new restaurant!
