  • Yes, absolutely! It’s so important to make sure you choose a therapist who feels like the right fit for you, and we totally support you exploring your options.

  • We know how overwhelming the process of finding a therapist can be and we’ve got you!

    Feel free to fill out our contact form and we’ll let you know who we suggest based on what you want to work on, your availability for appointments, and any other preferences.

    Our Client Care Coordinator, Jamie, can also give you a call to go over your options and answer any questions you have.

  • The phone or video consultation is a quick opportunity to get to know the therapist and get any questions you have answered before getting started.

    You’ll chat about the challenges you’re facing right now, and your therapist will tell you a little more about their background and how they can help.

    We also understand that starting therapy can be stressful! We find that having this quick intro helps ease anxiety around the therapy process and gives you a chance to get to know your therapist a bit better (a vibe check if you will).

    We also want you to know that we’re always excited to chat with a new potential client, even if you aren’t 100% sure of what you’d want to work on in therapy. We’re here to help you figure it out!

  • Yes, we work with couples! Learn more about our couples therapy services here.

  • No biggie! You and your therapist can figure it out together throughout the therapy process.

    Whether you’re just not feeling like yourself, or so much has happened that you don’t even know where to start…we’re here to support you and help you find the direction you need.

  • Our therapy services are covered by most extended health insurance plans, however we always suggest confirming your coverage before getting started.

    You would be checking that you have coverage for services provided by a Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW).

  • Fees for individual therapy sessions range from $160 - $185 per 50 minute appointment, depending on the therapist. Couples therapy sessions are $180 per 50 minute appointment.
