You’re so tired of feeling unhappy. No matter how many times you go through things in your mind, you can’t seem to figure out what you need and how to feel better.
You’ve been grappling with the idea of therapy for awhile but want a therapist who’s going to:

What’s it like to work with me?
In sessions with me there won’t be any of that, lying on the couch while you stare at the ceiling and I analyze you stuff. I like to think of our sessions as productive conversations. Kind of like you’re talking to a close friend, but with expert guidance and the freedom to talk about whatever you want!
I won’t beat around the bush and will help you crack down on patterns and behaviours that might be making you feel stuck. I also help you draw connections in your life that you might not see yourself, give you helpful tools and strategies, problem solve, and more.
It’s my goal to give you a chill space, while also helping you grow and move towards your therapy goals. Sometimes I make jokes and we have some good laughs too:)
I get that life can feel impossible sometimes.
I’m a therapist but I’m also an anxious, perfectionistic Millennial (birds of a feather, am I right?). I get that shit is rough out there! Balancing everything in life can be a nightmare at times and there are soooo many expectations put on our generation.
Dating and relationships are more complicated than ever. The only ‘ghost’ our parents knew of was that movie with Patrick Swayze.
We’re highly driven but almost to a fault. Did you know we’ve been called ‘the burnout generation’? We live in a time where living expenses are beyond ridiculous and it’s nearly impossible to save money.
Our social lives are demanding AF and more stressful because of technology and social media. In short, I get it, and I’m here to help you.
A little more personal.
I like to spend time outdoors, travel, and experience new things. I’m always the person to suggest a random activity. No adrenaline junkie stuff though, I’m afraid of heights! I live a plant-based lifestyle, and am pretty passionate about animal and human rights. I truly believe in equality and having compassion for all living things, including our animal friends.
I have a huge sweet tooth and can over-indulge in sweets from time to time. I also really like salty snacks….so I guess I just like snacks in general (who doesn’t though?). My favourite thing to do is spend time with the important people in my life…and my senior pup, Baci, who I also consider a person (photo of him below!).
